Too much

It's a common knowledge that too much sugary food and drinks is not good for health. Too much fat is a no-no too. Too much water even is bad! Too much stress. Too much coffee.You get the idea.
However, those are all simple examples.
Too much sleep is not good. Too much resting is bad too. 3-week holiday might sound fun but 3 months or 3 years? It won't be a holiday anymore, believe me.
Too much money. Well,don't get me started. There are too many examples around how too much money destroys people.Here is example 1.Here is example 2.
I think too much time is not a good thing either. Many may disagree but don't you know that it is said that idle hands are the devil's tools?
In KISAS, for example, it is those who are the busiest who managed to achieve many things. Be it teachers or students. I guess it is just nature that when you know you have a lot to be done, you do not waste time. Procrastination could just mean more works so one decides that time must be fully utilised. Don't you think? Or is it just me?
So, stop complaining that you need more time to rest/to be home/to complete your tasks/to memorise the facts/to type out your assignment etc. You don't need more time, you need better time management.
After all, nothing good could be achieved with too much complaining, right?
